Just to be…er…clear, this tour doesn’t involve psychedelics or walking around with flowers in your hair (albeit it’s up to you!). This is a bespoke make it up as we go along sort of a day. You simply give me some details beforehand of the sort of thing you’d like to do and we can see where we end up. If you want to visit certain attractions – arts venues, music gigs, beautiful gardens, places of literary interest (the Bloomsbury Set and Rudyard Kipling had houses around here for example), fantastic country pubs, excellent restaurants, castles and other historical attractions, ancient churches, priories and abbeys, an eclectic mix of all sorts of things, whatever you fancy – I will need to know before the day so we can sort out any additional charges, but it’s quite possible to create a ‘skeleton’ of things you want to do and then spend most of the day putting flesh on the bones.
